Biography
Dr Phil Smart is member of Cardiff University’s Identity and Access Management team. He works on maintaining and enhancing the universities identity management software and infrastructure, and was the lead developer on the JISC-funded RAPTOR project. He was also responsible for integrating Office365 mailbox and pro plus provisioning into Cardiff’s Identity Management system. He has attended and presented at a number of Novell, Federated Access Management and Internet2 conferences.
